City center, all close, staff, comfortable beds, room's clean.
Elevator only to the 5th floor, to the 6th floor stairs, sound insulation is weak.

The facilities in the queen room were good clean, beds were very comfy. Private bathroom was reasonably clean. The location was good and perfect, right in the center of Rome, and the view was magnificent, too.

The hotel is fairly clean and the employees are superbly friendly. the rooms are updated and reasonably large, with a lovely balcony. - the breakfast offers a wide array of goodies. - the location is fab and in a peaceful area.

Location was excellent and great value for money
It's more like a 1 bedroom apartment than a hotel. There is no kitchen/breakfast on site and reception is minimal but there is a tourist information across the road so that helped. Also, quite a bit of confusion checking in as there are 2 hotels on via nazionale called hotel esposizione.

Excellent location of the hotel, to all the main attractions 5-10 minutes on foot, to the station as well.
Not enough space for storage of things (the closet is big and there are no shelves in it), poor lighting.

Very friendly personal. Had to change room after first night because air- conditioning was not working.
Basic or low quality of furnitures, not a sufficient space available (in 3 bed room).
